If you have lost your keycode to install your editor, or need
the download link, or have a new computer and need to reinstall, or want a
new copy of the confirmation, email use the below link to re-send
a copy of the confirmation email to your email address.

send keycodes by email.

We will only send keycodes to the original purchasers email address.

You only need to enter the email address you used to make the original
purchase in order to receive a copy of the keycode and download instructions
again.

Paypal is an obsolete payment system and not supported.

If the below link says it cannot find your order it means you either paid
by paypal, regular mail, or you are using an email address that is different
from the one you originally used to order. You will need to repurchase if
the below link cannot find your purchase information.

If the below link cannot find your purchase information then there is no
way to verify your original order and we therefore cannot send a new key.

If you have changed your name or email address you will need to purchase
a new version of the editor with a new activation code for that name/email.

The original confirmation email did state in the first line that you should
save the confirmation email.
